Rental Rules & Policies
Please read and understand our rental policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. These rules help us maintain our premium service standards.
Driver Requirements
Minimum age 21 years with valid driving license. International licenses accepted. Clean driving record required. License must be valid for at least 1 year. All bookings require mandatory upload of: Facial photo, Driving License (both sides), and National ID Card (both sides).
Booking & Payment
Advance payment required. Cancellation allowed 24 hours before pickup for full refund. Payment accepted via cash, card, or online transfer. Booking confirmed after payment receipt.
Vehicle Condition
Vehicles must be returned in same condition. Fuel charges extra if not returned with same level. Damage assessment done at return. Smoking and pets not allowed.
Late Returns
Late returns charged at hourly rate. Extra day charges apply after 2 hours delay. Contact us for extension approval. No refund for early returns.
Insurance & Liability
Basic insurance included. Damage waiver available as add-on. Driver responsible for fines and violations. Comprehensive insurance recommended for long rentals.
Restrictions
No off-roading allowed. Speed limits must be followed. Restricted areas prohibited. Alcohol consumption strictly forbidden during rental period.
